Generally, I thrive when I lead a highly collaborative team that has end-to-end business ownership of a product – from ideation to implementation and operations. I want to talk to you if you are forming a new venture too – it has a different passion and drive that matches by outlook towards work.
Lastly, I have helped teams and organizations discover and internalize processes and ideas (what current product management influencers call frameworks). I believe this path to self-discovery helps the team easily remember each “framework” without labelling it as such.
